2 night minimum except on Holidays when there is a 3 night minimum

Additional Charges Include State Hotel tax 6% and City Hotel tax 7%

DISCOUNT POLICY

1.  Discounts apply to regular published rates only.
2.  A 10% discount will be applied to rental rates of 7 night or greater stay.
3.  A 10% discount will be applied to returning guest rental rate, provided that total nights exceed 6 nights in a 12 month period.
4.  A 10% discount will be applied to rental rates when reservations are made 7 days or less prior to check-in date.
5.  Monthly rates quoted on individual basis.
